Payment

Full payment is due at the time of booking. 

Changes to your booking

We will always give you the option to postpone your holiday if:

a) There is another Covid-19 or similar outbreaks and you are put into a lockdown that means that you will be breaking the law to come on holiday

 b) In the very unlikely event that the road to our site is impassable.

We may be able to change the dates of your holiday to the same priced break if you contact us within 30 days of arrival. 

We are unable to offer refunds except as below:

Cancellation by us

While it is very unlikely that we would have to do this, we reserve the right to cancel a holiday at short notice for any of the following reasons:
we are unable to provide accommodation
ill-health/ covid outbreak
any other extenuating circumstances beyond our control.
Under such circumstances, your full payment will be returned to you, or you will be able to select alternative dates at the same price as you have paid. We cannot accept liability or responsibility for any loss, including consequential loss, caused by cancellation.

Arrival
Before arrival, please text the mobile phone number 07962505906 with an estimated arrival time. Whenever possible we meet you in the car park and show you to your cabin.
Check ins are between 3-7pm. If you are unable to check in in this window or are running late please phone or text us on 07962505906 and we will give you check in information.

 Please check out by 10 am on the last morning of your stay, leaving your cabin as you found it.

Car parking
We have limited parking up in our car park. You cannot drive to the door of your cabin as the site is on a hill and car free.  Our cabins are well equipped but please be aware that anything you bring with you needs to be carried to the cabin.

During Your Stay
We encourage our guests to recycle whilst they stay with us and provide bins for this outside each cabin. Please ensure you wash and sort your old packaging to make it easier and more pleasant for us.
Each cabin comes with its own designated fire pit or chiminea. We will provide you with a basket of FREE firewood and eco firelighters, and you can buy additional logs. Please do not collect logs from the woodland, it may be wildlife habitat, or it may not be dry enough to burn. Please no fireworks, Chinese lanterns or similar to be used on site.

Each cabin has its own area of woodland, please respect the privacy or others. We  ask you not to play amplified music on site. . Acoustic music (guitars, accordions etc) played with consideration is acceptable up until 10.00pm. Please keep any noise to a minimum after this time.

We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions or vehicles during your stay. Please ensure any valuables remain locked in your car.

Every effort has been made to ensure guests safety on site but we cannot accept responsibility for any accidental injuries.  The very nature of being in the great outdoors carries an element of risk. There is a first aid kit on site and contact numbers for local A&E’s, pharmacies and local GP surgery in your information pack

In order to make everyone’s stay at WLC enjoyable, all guests are requested to be considerate of others.Inappropriate or anti-social behaviour towards other guests or staff may lead to removal from site without a refund of the rental sum or any part of it.
