We are at the end of a single-track road about 1 1/2 miles from the village of Ruswarp.
Our postcode, YO22 5HH, takes you Golden Grove where you will cross a bridge and see a narrow road.
It is signed ‘Not suitable for Motor Vehicles’ at this point, but it is tarmac right to our door so continue up between the wall and the roadside cottage, passing just one more house on your right.
We are about 1/2 mile from Golden Grove. You will see a sign for Valley View. Parking is a little further on the right.

By Public Transport:
We welcome visitors who choose to arrive via public transport. We are happy to meet individuals at Whitby or Ruswarp stations.
Scenic options include the award-winning East Coastliner Bus from Leeds and York, or Esk Valley trains from Middlesborough. For larger groups we can arrange transfers from Scarborough station.
